Role Description

The State Head, Collections for Tamil Nadu and Kerala will oversee the debt collection process within the region to ensure effective recovery and smooth operations. As part of this full-time, on-site role in Tamil Nadu preferably Chennai or Coimbatore, the individual will lead and manage collection teams, achieve collection targets, implement collection strategies, and analyze trends to optimize recovery performance. Additionally, the State Head will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain adherence to policies and streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Debt Collection and Collections Management.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess trends, prioritize tasks, and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Experience in Team Management to lead, mentor, and drive collection teams effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of Finance and related operations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in an on-site, leadership role within a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred.
• Prior experience in collections, especially within the Tamil Nadu and Kerala region, is a strong advantage.
