Job Description

STATE HEAD - CAR LOANS

DEPARTMENT: NEW CAR & USED CAR LOAN

To lead the car loan business and collection strategy for the State, driving growth through dealer / DSA /Broker relationships while ensuring strong portfolio quality and recovery performance.

Location : Bihar, Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

Drive car loan volumes through dealership tie-ups/ DSA/ Broker and direct sales teams.
Build strong relationships to maximize sourcing opportunities.
Monitor sales funnel and conversion ratios to ensure target achievement.

Collections Management:

Monitor bucketwise delinquency and ensure collection targets are met.
Maintain portfolio health.

Team Leadership:

Manage a team of Hub Heads, Branch Managers, Business Executives and Collection Officers.
Set KPIs, review performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

Operational & Risk Controls:

Ensure adherence to credit policy, underwriting standards and operational guidelines.
Ensure high standards of customer service and turnover times.

Preferred candidate profile:

Graduate with 12+ years of experience in New or Used car loan sales & collection is mandatory, with proven team management experience.
