Designation: State Coordinator Employment Type: Contract -Full Time Job Location: Delhi Working days:- 5 days ( Mon to Friday) Timings:- 10 am to 6.30 pm Education Qualification:- Masters in Social Work (MSW) Experience:- 2 to 6 years. Job Description: Identify potential collaborations for Mpower’s outreach initiatives. Proactively reach out to schools, colleges, NGO’s corporates or any other relevant institutes or initiatives to drive mental health awareness and provide solutions for their queries through mental health workshops / webinars and capacity building trainings Proactively find opportunities for paid or funded/CSR collaborations and reach out to potential clients for other verticals collaboration – Helpline/Cell/Minds Matter/Centre. Maintain on-going relations to develop long term collaboration with schools, colleges, NGOs, corporate government bodies or any other relevant institutes, ensuring repeat business opportunities with them. Generate leads and maintain databases while also consistently following up and documenting the same. Focussing on achieving targets and conversion of generated leads with meetings and follow ups. Documenting and end to end Reporting of numbers achieved, discrepancy, journey of each lead entered in the database, making monthly and quarterly reports Collaborate and work with team members to plan and implement mental health solutions. Ensure all initiatives are aligned to the strategy, mission & vision of Mpower Coordinating and offering end to end support for marketing and promotional events to be held in the state Seamless coordination with reporting manager, peers and colleagues.
