Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as a State Collection Manager located in Ludhiana. The State Collection Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collection processes, managing a team of collection agents, ensuring compliance with collection policies and regulations, and analyzing collection data to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Experience in collections, asset recovery, and debt management Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the financial sector Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets Experience in the NBFC sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Show more Show less
