Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in different parts of the country- Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Odisha, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab with some work-from-home flexibility. The State Academic ECCE Expert- Training and Partnership will have various day-to-day responsibilities. These include developing and delivering training programs for early childhood educators, managing strategic partnerships, conducting needs assessments, and ensuring the implementation of effective educational practices. Additionally, the candidate will monitor program outcomes, provide support to educators, and contribute to curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Experience in training and development, particularly within the education sector
• Strong partnership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to conduct needs assessments and implement strategic educational initiatives
• Proficiency in curriculum development and program evaluation
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in early childhood care and education is highly desirable
• Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field
