Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Startup Mentor at Indian Startup School. The role involves working closely with entrepreneurs to guide them through various aspects of their startup journey, such as developing business strategies, fine-tuning pitches, and providing actionable advice for scaling their ventures. The Startup Mentor will conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions, lead workshops, and share insights in business planning, finance, sales, and coaching to help startup participants achieve their entrepreneurial goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and Finance to assist startups in creating solid business models and financial strategies.
• Proven experience in Mentoring and Coaching, with a passion for guiding entrepreneurs and fostering growth in early-stage startups.
• Skills in Sales and understanding go-to-market strategies to help startups effectively reach their target audience and achieve revenue milestones.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills to build trust and provide actionable feedback to founders.
• Previous experience in building or mentoring startups is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the Indian startup ecosystem and current market trends is a strong advantage.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to empowering the next generation of founders.
