About the Role:

Beat Educations is seeking a dynamic and experienced Startup Accelerator Manager to lead our accelerator program at the Beat School of Business, Kozhikode, Kerala. This role will oversee the end-to-end management and growth of our startup accelerator, supporting early-stage founders with mentorship, access to resources, networking, and business development opportunities. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the startup ecosystem, proven program management skills, and a passion for fostering entrepreneurship.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and execute the startup accelerator program curriculum tailored to the needs of early-stage startup founders.

Manage the application, selection, and onboarding processes for cohort startups.

Provide personalized mentorship and business guidance to accelerator participants, including support on business models, funding preparation and growth strategies.

Coordinate with mentors, investors, industry experts, and internal teams to create valuable connections and resources for founders.

Organize workshops, demo days, networking events, and other activities that enhance the accelerator experience.

Track startup progress, measure program impact, and prepare regular reports for Beat Educations leadership.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the accelerator community.

Stay updated on market trends, funding opportunities, and innovation best practices to continuously improve the accelerator program.

Represent Beat Educations in external forums, startup ecosystems, and partnership meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Technology, or related fields; MBA or relevant postgraduate degree preferred.

Minimum 5 years’ experience working in startup accelerators, incubators, venture capital, or entrepreneurial ecosystem support.

Strong understanding of startup challenges, funding processes, and growth strategies.

Excellent program and project management skills.

Exceptional communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
