As a recruitment professional, your role will involve developing and maintaining strong relationships with external clients in the BFSI industry. You will be responsible for understanding their recruitment needs and business objectives. Ensuring client satisfaction throughout the recruitment process and acting as the primary point of contact for all Perm & C2H recruitment-related matters will be crucial. Providing regular updates and reports to clients on recruitment status, talent pipelines, and market insights will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients (BFSI) to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives. - Ensure client satisfaction throughout the recruitment process and act as the primary point of contact for all Perm & C2H recruitment-related matters. - Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of recruitment, talent pipelines, and market insights. You will also be leading, mentoring, and managing a team of recruiters to meet and exceed performance targets. Conducting regular performance reviews, providing feedback, and helping develop the skills of junior recruiters will be essential. Ensuring the team adheres to best practices in candidate sourcing, screening, and selection is another key aspect of your role. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10+ years of experience in recruitment and in a delivery role, focusing on contract-to-hire positions. - Experience working with a range of industries and clients, preferably in BFSI. - Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of recruiters. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage internal teams and client relationships. - Deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. - Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both contract roles. - Experience managing high-level client relationships, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver on expectations. - Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. - Strong negotiation skills with candidates and clients, particularly around compensation, benefits, and contract terms. - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred but not required). - Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment software. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
