Shift Timing: 2:00 PM – 9:30 PM IST (Aligned with UK Business Hours)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Staffing Business Development Manager with 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment, who possesses excellent communication skills and strong client engagement abilities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and acquiring new clients from the UK market while maintaining strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential UK-based clients for HR, recruitment, or related services.
• Build strong relationships with new clients, understanding their hiring and HR requirements.
• Conduct effective client calls/meetings to present company services and capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to acquired clients.
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and client communications in CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed acquisition targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR / Recruitment / Business Development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (verbal & written).
• Ability to confidently interact with UK clients in a professional manner.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Prior exposure to international client handling (preferably UK market) is an added advantage.
