Staff Talent Acquisition Partner

At Cadence, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter with 10 to 12 years of relevant experience or more, who has expertise in Lateral hiring, Campus hiring, and Intern recruitment. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy. This includes developing and updating job descriptions, conducting job and task analysis, and preparing recruitment materials to post on various platforms such as Career portals, Referrals, and colleges. Your role will involve sourcing and recruiting candidates through databases, social media, and other channels. You will be screening candidates" resumes and job applications, as well as conducting interviews using reliable recruiting and selection methods to identify the best candidates within the specified schedule. The ideal candidate should have proven work experience as a Recruiter, with a solid ability to conduct different types of interviews. Familiarity with Workday software would be advantageous, and experience in recruitment within the Semiconductor/EDA industry will be highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, along with strong decision-making abilities. The minimum educational requirement is an MBA or equivalent qualification.
