Role Overview: As a Recruiter at Cadence, you will play a key role in the talent acquisition process. Your main responsibilities will involve designing and implementing recruiting strategies, updating job descriptions, and sourcing candidates through various channels. Key Responsibilities: - Experience on Lateral hiring/ Campus hiring/Interns - Developing and updating job descriptions and specifications - Performing job and task analysis to define job requirements - Preparing recruitment materials and posting jobs on relevant platforms - Sourcing and recruiting candidates using databases and social media - Screening resumes and applications - Conducting interviews using reliable tools and methods - Proven work experience as a Recruiter - Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews - Familiarity with Workday software preferred - Recruitment experience from Semiconductor/EDA Industry highly preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making skills Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 10 to 12 years of relevant experience - MBA or equivalent degree Join Cadence and be part of a team dedicated to solving challenges in the world of technology.,
