Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms. 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture. Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction. 3 years of experience working in an organization involving cross-functional or cross-business projects. Experience in C++ programming language and frameworks. Knowledge of Storage technologies (e.g., SAN, NAS, Object Storage and Cloud Storage). As a Software Engineer, you will be driving the development of distributed database services. You will produce high quality, scalable code, own the low level designs, and engineering excellence. You will be responsible for contributing to a high-performing and innovative environment. You'll also collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, UX, UI, and customers to deliver user-friendly experiences for customers. Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain highly scalable and reliable back-end services that have demanding performance requirements. Own the development and execution of sub modules, fostering innovation and pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Architect and maintain high-quality and well-documented code bases. Conduct code reviews to ensure the team's output meets standards. Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering their technical growth and career development.
