Dermatology & Aesthetic Medicine — Outpatient Derma Clinic (Raipur, Chhattisgarh)Join a busy, patient-focused dermatology and aesthetic care practice delivering clinical dermatology, minor surgical procedures, and cosmetic treatments to outpatient clients in Raipur. We seek a skilled on-site Dermatology Staff Nurse to support procedural workflows, maintain clinical safety standards, and deliver excellent patient care in a fast-paced clinic setting.Role & Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical nursing care: triage, vitals monitoring, pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure observation for dermatology patients.
• Assist dermatologists during minor surgical and cosmetic procedures including biopsies, electrocautery, intralesional injections, cryotherapy and laser sessions.
• Perform venous access and intradermal/intralesional injections, apply dressings, remove sutures, and manage wound care per clinic protocols.
• Ensure aseptic technique, sterilisation of instruments, prepare procedure trays and manage consumable inventory to maintain treatment readiness.
• Deliver clear patient education and aftercare instructions, counsel on medication use and follow-up schedules, and reinforce wound/skin care compliance.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation—procedure logs, vitals, medication charts—and escalate any adverse events or complications promptly to the supervising clinician.

• Intravenous cannulation

• Aseptic technique
• Wound care
• Cryotherapy assistance
• Infection control
  

Preferred

• Laser safety protocols
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in cosmetic dermatology clinics
  

Qualifications (role-critical)

• Diploma or degree in Nursing with current nursing council registration (state/national) — valid registration required at hiring.
• Proven clinical nursing experience in outpatient or procedure-based settings; dermatology/aesthetic clinic experience preferred.
• Comfortable working on-site with flexible clinic shifts; strong attention to sterile technique and patient safety.
