Job Description

As a Staff HR Generalist at Illumina, you will be part of the company's expansion efforts in India, dedicated to improving global health equity through genomic technology. You will collaborate with various business groups to establish effective HR practices aligned with Illumina's values and goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide HR guidance on areas such as employee relations, benefits, compensation, and performance management - Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with global and local regulations - Serve as a subject matter expert on employee relations and resolve complex issues - Conduct new hire orientations, employee briefings, and manage the exit process - Analyze qualitative data to provide insights on organizational health - Coach leaders and employees to enhance organizational engagement - Collaborate with regional HRBPs to support local HR business partnering activities - Act as the primary point of contact for all local HR activities and employees - Ensure HR compliance and documentation in alignment with global practices - Manage HR administrative tasks and drive continuous improvement initiatives - Facilitate effective employee communication and community building - Handle ad hoc projects and duties as assigned **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Master's degree - Proficiency in HR employment law, regulations, and practices - Experience in employee relations - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills If you are a proactive and results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values collaboration, and continuous improvement, we invite you to apply for the Staff HR Generalist position at Illumina.,
