Job Description

Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies and plans that align with organizational objectives and support business goals.
Build impactful employee communications plans and tactics to effectively communicate enterprise-wide initiatives and galvanize employees around strategy, culture, and behaviors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to design and experiment with integrated communications campaigns.
Lead technology thought-leadership efforts by creating a repository of internal tech stories showcasing innovation and the company's strategy realization from India.
Provide strategic communications counsel to leadership and other internal stakeholders.
Partner with global and local stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and experiences across all channels.
Demonstrate a creative design mindset and understanding of new-age content formats in communications, including developing engaging content through various platforms such as Slack, emails, videos, and short-form storytelling.
Measure, track, and analyze the impact of internal communication projects using a data-backed approach, ensuring all initiatives are measured, analyzed for stakeholders, and tied to set goals.
Stay updated on communication best practices, emerging trends, and platforms, including AI-powered solutions, to enhance the efficiency and impact of internal communications.
