What You’ll Do

• Architect and design large-scale AI systems

  that power Nuvae’s revenue management and conversational intelligence platform.
• Lead development of

  end-to-end ML pipelines

  , including training, evaluation, and deployment of LLMs and agentic AI systems.
• Design scalable infrastructure for

  information retrieval (RAG)

  , multi-agent workflows, and healthcare-specific knowledge integration.
• Partner with product and research teams to

  translate healthcare workflows into AI-powered solutions

  .
• Drive

  system performance, security, and reliability

  for large-scale deployments in hospitals and healthcare networks.
• Mentor and guide engineers across the team on

  best practices in AI system design, MLOps, and large-scale distributed systems

  .
• Stay at the forefront of

  GenAI advancements

  and bring cutting-edge capabilities into Nuvae’s product suite.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years

  of software engineering experience, with at least

  3+ years in ML/AI systems

  .
• Strong experience architecting

  LLM applications

  (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral, etc.) with focus on

  RAG, fine-tuning, and agentic AI frameworks

  .
• Proven ability to design and scale

  distributed, fault-tolerant systems

  handling large volumes of data.
• Hands-on expertise with

  Python, modern ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow), vector databases, orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.)

  .
• Experience with

  cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

  and

  MLOps tooling

  for CI/CD, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI systems.
• Familiarity with

  healthcare data (claims, EHRs, RCM workflows)

  is a plus.
• Strong

  systems thinking

  with ability to balance architectural vision and hands-on coding.
• Excellent

  collaboration and leadership

  skills with a passion for mentoring and building high-performing teams.
