Role Description We are hiring a full-time AI/ML Engineer for an on-site role in Thiruvananthapuram. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying machine learning algorithms, GenAI, and RAG-based solutions. Responsibilities include conducting research, testing and fine-tuning models, and collaborating across teams to ensure seamless integration into healthcare workflows. Qualifications Strong foundation in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks Solid background in Computer Science and Algorithms Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG systems Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and tools Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset Prior experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage Preferred Skills Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus) Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Strong software engineering practices including version control, CI/CD, and API development Understanding of data pipelines, ETL, and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) Experience in building scalable AI-driven applications for production environments
