Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Staffing Administrator to support our FT S&P VMO team in Bangalore. The role involves providing day-to-day administrative and logistical support for vendor staffing activities, ensuring smooth execution of the recruitment process, and maintaining accurate vendor-related reports and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support during the interview and hiring process.
  • Coordinate with vendors and business stakeholders to ensure timely staffing and compliance.
  • Maintain staffing data, headcount reports, and related project trackers.
  • Support vendor performance evaluation processes by preparing job aids, templates, and documentation.
  • Assist in monitoring vendor-related risks, incidents, and escalations.
  • Publish and maintain monthly/quarterly staffing and vendor reports.
  • Communicate key updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in staffing administration, recruitment coordination, or vendor support.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
