SSC Community & Educator Partnership Manager

About the Role

community building, educator partnerships, podcast coordination, and SSC ecosystem research.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with SSC toppers, rankers, and active aspirants
• Organize podcasts, interviews, AMA sessions
• Coordinate shoots & online/offline recordings
• Bring real stories, strategies & insights from toppers

• Connect with top SSC faculties and coaching centers
• Invite teachers for podcasts, interviews & collaborations
• Maintain long-term educator relationships
• Assist in onboarding teachers to the EdShala platform

• Create and manage SSC study groups, discussion rooms & challenges
• Increase platform participation among SSC aspirants
• Monitor student needs, trends & issues
• Plan community activities and engagement campaigns

• Coordinate with the media/production team
• Assist guests (teachers & toppers) during recordings
• Suggest relevant podcast topics based on SSC trends
• Handle backstage, scheduling & guest experience

• Strong understanding of all SSC exams: CGL, CHSL, CPO, MTS, GD, Steno etc.
• Awareness of major SSC teachers, influencers & coaching institutes
• Track exam updates, community trends & student pain points

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Haves

• Deep understanding of SSC exam ecosystem
• Strong network with SSC teachers/coaches (or ability to build fast)
• Excellent Hindi communication skills
• Relationship-building & networking ability
• Confidence in interacting with teachers, toppers & students
• Comfortable with field + online coordination

Good to Have

• Community building experience
• Media / PR / EdTech / YouTube collaboration experience
• Student psychology understanding
• Basic content/social media skills

Preferred Background

• Ex-SSC aspirant with educator connections
• Someone from Mukherjee Nagar / ORN / SSC coaching hubs
• Past experience with coaching institutes, YouTube channels, or media
• Community manager or partnership manager experience
