🔍 About the Role

We are looking for a creative, modern-thinking InDesign & Graphic Design professional who can handle book editing, DTP, cover design, ad creatives, and more.The ideal candidate should be innovative, not stuck in traditional design approaches, and comfortable using

AI tools

to boost productivity and creativity.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Full book layout & formatting in Adobe InDesign
  • DTP tasks: typesetting, page setting, proofreading, corrections
  • Designing book covers, marketing creatives, ad graphics, banners, posters, brochures
  • Graphic designing using Illustrator & Photoshop
  • Creating modern, clean, and eye-catching creatives for ads & promotions

    • Using AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.) to enhance design speed

  • Coordinating with the content/product team for timely outputs
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all materials

🎨 Required Skills

  • Adobe InDesign (Must-have strong command)
  • Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (Must-have)
  • Experience with book editing, DTP, typesetting, layout design
  • Strong creative thinking with a modern design approach
  • Ability to create engaging ads/cover pages/social creatives
  • Experience with AI-assisted design tools
  • High attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines

Bonus Skills (Optional but preferred)


  • Basic motion graphics or reel animatio
  • nExperience working with educational / academic conten
  • tKnowledge of typography, layout grids, and color theory
