Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sr. Tender Executive to join our team in Mumbai, with 4-8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare bid submissions, documentation, and quote tenders online and offline for Indian and international tenders.
Coordinate with the accounts department for EMD and bank guarantee preparation.
Follow up on refunding EMD and bank guarantees.
Network with liaisoners and stockists for timely payments.
Collaborate with the sales department to dispatch goods for awarded tenders.
Ensure repeated order generation.
