Job Description

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery, equipment, and utilities
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or instrumentation issues and conduct timely repairs
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and safety norms during all maintenance activities
Monitor equipment performance and assist in reducing downtime through root cause analysis
Maintain accurate logs and maintenance records of performed tasks and breakdowns
Support installation, commissioning, and calibration of new machinery or equipment
Coordinate with the production and engineering teams for smooth plant operations
Guide and train junior technicians or operators on equipment handling and basic troubleshooting
Ensure availability and proper use of tools, spare parts, and maintenance resources
Participate in audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives

Educational Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or relevant trade
Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in industrial maintenance or a related field
