Sr.Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs and role requirements.
• Create and post engaging job descriptions on various job boards, social platforms, and professional networks.
• Source and engage passive candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical communities.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical skills.
• Coordinate and schedule technical assessments and interviews with internal teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to refine recruitment processes and strategies.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
• Track and report recruitment metrics to assess efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a

  Recruiter

  having experience in Marketing, Sales, Technical hiring, etc.
• Strong understanding of technical roles (e.g., software development, data engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity, Drupal, Mobile application ) and industry trends.
• Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g, Keka HRMS).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting for both product and service-based companies.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and technical stacks.
• Experience in
• Certification in technical recruiting or HR practices is a plus.

• UG:

  Bachelor s degree with a specialization or coursework in Human Resources

• PG:

  MBA or an equivalent qualification
