As an Area Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, or Sr. Sales Engineer in the Industrial Products/Heavy Machinery industry, your role involves marketing Electric Motors, Gear Boxes, Valves, Gears, Pumps, Drives, and Automation devices to industrial buyers. Your responsibilities and qualifications include: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for generating inquiries for the company's products such as A.C. Motors, Gearboxes, and Power Transmission devices. Your primary focus will be on building product and brand awareness within the region. Additionally, you will directly engage with OEM Motor customers, drive brand switchovers, appoint dealers and stockists, and collaborate with the Marketing Manager for advertising and promotional activities. Furthermore, you will be involved in the selection, appointment, and training of representatives and service engineers, as well as coordinating with the Product Engineering Group for new initiatives and managing the inquiry database. **Key Responsibilities:** - Generate inquiries for A.C. Motors, Gearboxes, and Power Transmission devices - Build product and brand awareness within the region - Interface with OEM Motor customers and drive brand switchovers - Appoint dealers and stockists and implement Dealer/reseller policies - Coordinate with the Marketing Manager for product advertising and selection of appropriate media - Participate in trade/industrial fairs, design product literature, and conduct mass marketing activities - Select, appoint, and train Representatives and Service engineers - Coordinate with the Product Engineering Group for new initiatives - Document and manage the inquiry database - Conduct training and other activities to aid organizational growth **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in marketing Industrial Products to industrial buyers - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders - Proficiency in product advertising and marketing strategies - Prior experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of the Industrial Products/Heavy Machinery industry - Excellent organizational and time management skills If there are any additional details about the company provided in the job description, please include them here.
