Sr./Business Analyst

The role of Business Analyst in the Project Management team at our company offers you an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include: - Representing stakeholders & translating business needs & technical issues. - Scoping the system and eliciting project requirements, especially the business requirements. - Writing the project requirements in a clear, concise manner. - Managing the project requirements and leading requirement reviews. - Creating and maintaining analysis or domain models for the requirements. - Acting as a communication broker between project designers, architects, and stakeholders. - Working with the testing team to ensure the tests adequately cover the requirements. - Running the User Acceptance tests and providing post-delivery support till stability is achieved. Preferred qualifications and skills for this role include: - Experience in a B2B product-based organization is preferred. - Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent listening skills. - Technical skills to understand client requirements and develop technical solutions by defining, analyzing, and documenting those requirements. - Flexibility to work independently or in a group, and to be a leader or follower as the situation requires. - Being a self-starter and a tenacious individual who is not afraid of taking new initiatives and sometimes facing rejection. - Your day will consist of high-volume meetings and emailing. - Passion for disruptive and new-gen technologies and their implementation.
