Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Architect with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS GCP or Azure Cloud along with AI and ML concepts and ML Ops. Experience in outbound and inbound logistics within the retail domain is a plus. This hybrid role requires rotational shifts and proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of cloud-based solutions using AWS GCP or Azure to enhance business operations.
Oversee the integration of AI and ML technologies to drive innovation and efficiency in projects.
Provide technical guidance and support to development teams to ensure best practices are followed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain architecture documentation to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve system performance and scalability.
Ensure the security and compliance of cloud solutions by implementing industry-standard practices.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to upskill team members on cloud and AI technologies.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability and user experience.
Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into future architectural designs.
Support the deployment of machine learning models into production environments using ML Ops practices.
Contribute to the companys strategic goals by leveraging technology to create impactful solutions.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in AWS GCP or Azure Cloud platforms.
Demonstrate strong understanding of AI and ML concepts and their practical applications.
Exhibit proficiency in ML Ops practices for deploying and managing machine learning models.
Have a background in outbound and inbound logistics within the retail sector is advantageous.
Show excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.
Hold a proven track record of successful project delivery in complex environments.
