About Zopper Zopper is a series D-funded startup in the InsurTech space. We enable large B2C businesses to offer insurance to their customers. We do this by fusing insurance and technology seamlessly to provide end-to-end solutions to our Business partners. Based on the need of Business partners, we create the Product i.e. customized insurance plans by partnering with Insurance companies. We then integrate these customized Insurance plans with the tech systems of the Business partners by creating customized APIs on our SAAS platform. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our NBFC MFI under Alliances & Partnerships. The primary responsibility is to build the vertical , forge strategic partnerships with NBFC ,MFIs , and fintech’s, and drive insurance integration and penetration through tailored solutions and platforms. Role and Responsibilities Build and lead the vertical focused on NBFC and MFIs Develop and execute the overall business strategy for the zone aligned with the company’s objectives. Identify operational and technological gaps in partner organizations with respect to Insurance & Protection . Collaborate with the Product team to customize the insurance aggregation platform for the vertical. Work closely with the Insurance team to design and launch bespoke group/micro insurance products tailored for partners. Manage insurance contracts and commercial agreements with precision and compliance. Build and nurture strategic partnerships with NBFC MFIs, and relevant fintech’s. Drive consultative sales and business development , identifying opportunities to grow the vertical. Think strategically and set long-term goals and objectives to unlock the full potential of the channel. Prerequisites MBA from Tier 2/3 institute preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in group business (Life / General Insurance), with exposure to group and micro insurance products. Strong understanding of insurance platforms, sales integration, and product tailoring. Exceptional business development and relationship management skills. Experience in handling insurance contracts and commercial arrangements . Excellent analytical , written , and verbal communication skills. A proactive problem-solver with strong hustling capabilities and the ability to manage ambiguity. Strong strategic thinking and execution abilities . Show more Show less
