Sr Workday Functional Analyst

Role Overview: As a HR Technology Senior Analyst at Enphase Energy, you will play a crucial role in leading the implementation, enhancements, support, and optimization of the Workday HCM system. Your work will contribute to ensuring the integrity and efficient utilization of HR Systems throughout Enphase Energy. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for the Workday HCM system - Drive the planning, development, testing, and implementation of solutions to optimize the Workday HCM system - Troubleshoot issues, design, configure, and test solutions that enhance adoption and ease of use - Provide subject matter expertise on HR systems and participate in enhancement design and scoping - Develop and present solution options considering technical landscape, user experience, scalability, security, and best practices - Evaluate current system state to recommend process improvements, enhancements, or new applications supporting business strategies Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5+ years of Workday experience with expertise in Core HR, Compensation, and Absence management - Strong hands-on experience with Workday dashboards, reports, calculated fields, security, custom objects/fields, etc. - Good understanding of job architecture, compensation setup, absence plans, time offs, and data loads through EIBs - Experience with Workday integration tools such as CCW, studio, PECI, and PICOFF - Ability to engage with clients, gather requirements, estimate efforts, provide solutions, assess impacts, and deliver quality results - Familiarity with agile methodologies, product management tools, and certifications in Workday HCM and Benefits are preferred Additional Company Details: Enphase Energy is a global energy technology company that leads the way in providing solar, battery, and electric vehicle charging products.
