Sr. Web Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with strong experience in UI/UX design to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-friendly and visually appealing websites and applications that enhance user experience and reflect our brand’s vision. This role requires a good balance of design sensibility and technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually appealing, responsive, and functional websites and web applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI mockups that translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to enhance the user experience.
• Collaborate with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Maintain and improve existing websites by analyzing user behavior and making design improvements.
• Ensure designs are aligned with the brand’s identity and latest web design trends.
• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and usability across different devices and browsers.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, technologies, and tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
• Ensure proper documentation of design processes and maintain design assets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or related field.
• 3 to 4 years of proven experience as a Web Designer with strong UI/UX expertise.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools like Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and basic understanding of JavaScript ,Wordpress and Shopify.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, accessibility standards, and design systems.
• Experience in creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and design specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,382.46 - ₹45,000.61 per month
