Job Description

Senior UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients and stakeholders to
understand requirements
and assess usability gaps.
Analyze business and user needs to ensure solutions are
user-friendly and aligned with objectives
.
Create detailed
system flows, user flows, task flows, and information architecture
to define user journeys.
Develop
wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models
to visualize and validate design concepts.
Conduct
usability testing and feedback sessions
to refine solutions.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure smooth implementation.
Advocate for
human-centered design practices
, accessibility, and consistency across all platforms.
Mentor junior designers by providing feedback and best practices.

Requirements

Experience:
5–8 years in UX design, preferably with client-facing or product design experience.
Strong expertise in creating
user flows, IA, and wireframes
.
Proficiency in
Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, or similar tools
.
Ability to simplify complex requirements into intuitive design solutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills to convey ideas to clients and stakeholders.
Knowledge of usability testing methods and accessibility standards.
