Senior US Payroll Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  US and Canada payroll processing

  with accuracy and compliance.
• Work extensively on

  ADP, PayChex, and QuickBooks (QB) payroll tools

  .
• Prepare and file

  401K reports

  in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Review and reconcile

  unemployment tax rates

  and ensure timely filing.
• Ensure payroll compliance with

  US GAAP standards

  (knowledge preferred).
• Collaborate with finance and HR teams for payroll inputs, audits, and reporting.
• Address employee payroll queries and provide resolutions effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of US payroll laws, compliance, and best practices.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum

  6+ years of experience

  in US Payroll (Canada payroll knowledge added advantage).
• Strong working knowledge of

  ADP, PayChex, and QuickBooks payroll systems

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  401K report filing

  and tax compliance.
• Knowledge of

  US GAAP

  will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent

  verbal and written communication skills

  .
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
