We are looking to hire US IT Recruitment Professionals with good experience to support our Direct Client Requirements. If selected, you would work on US IT requirements primarily. Salary: Negotiable( depending on Experience) Experience : 1 + year relevant Location: Suite 1106 & 1107, JMD Megapolis, Sector 48, Sohna Road, Gurugram, Haryana - 122001 Amenities : Cab + Meal + Recurring Incentives Designation : Technical Recruiter / Sr. Technical Recruiter Url: https://www.radiansys.com This is a Night Shift job & working hours will be 8:30 pm to 5:30 am IST Job Description : 1) Minimum 1-4 years of US IT recruitment experience. 2) Must have a good attitude & excellent communication skills 3) Expert in sourcing resumes from job portals (JobDiva, Dice, Monster, Linked-in etc.) 4) Expert in using Boolean search strings. 5) Good exposure in full cycle of technical recruitment which involves sourcing, screening and interviewing and placing candidates in contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions. 5) Good recruitment track-record of placing consultants in both W2 and Corp to Corp contracts. 6) Good understanding of contract types (w2, 1099, corp to corp) 7) Excellent communication skills and ability to work with US Citizens / Green Card holders and EAD's for W2 Contracts. 8) Highly self-motivated Interested candidates, email your resume to dheeraj@radiansys.com.
