As a Talent Specialist/ Technical Recruiter/ US IT Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to review job descriptions provided by clients, understand their requirements, and devise a search plan to identify potential candidates who meet the specified criteria. You will be expected to utilize various channels such as job portals, internal databases, and social media to source suitable candidates. Your role will involve assessing applicants based on their relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the entire recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews and maintaining communication with candidates. Building strong relationships with candidates to secure referrals and negotiating employment terms will be crucial aspects of your job. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and strong organizational and coordination abilities.
