Job Description

Job Title: Sr. UI/UX Designer

Location: Indore

Key Responsibilities:

Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Create high-quality UI designs for web and mobile platforms aligned with modern design principles.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to support design decisions.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
Maintain and contribute to design systems and component libraries.
Ensure consistency in visual elements across platforms and screen sizes.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
5+ years of proven UI/UX design experience.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar tools.
Strong understanding of responsive design, design systems, and accessibility standards.
Experience with tools for prototyping and user testing.
Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, visual design, and design thinking.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
