Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr Testing & Commissioning Engineer (Electrical) based in Chennai. The responsibilities include planning and executing testing and commissioning activities for various electrical systems and equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, performing tests, ensuring compliance with standards, preparing technical reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion. The engineer will also be responsible for ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in testing and commissioning of electrical systems and equipment
• Knowledge of electrical standards, safety protocols, and troubleshooting
• Strong project management and technical reporting skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in using testing tools and software relevant to the role
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English
