The Role

Proven work experience as a Windows Administrator or Linux Administrator

In-depth knowledge of Windows operating systems and associated utilities.

Understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Familiarity with security best practices, system hardening and patching.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Ansible) is a plus.

Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is advantageous.

Requirements
MustHave Skills:

Expertisein end-end Cloud migration including strategy development, assessment, solutiondesign, architecture, and execution on Azure, AWS

Operationalknowledge of key technologies, such as Linux OS, Windows OS, AD, DFS,SFTP, Cluster etc and In-depth knowledge on Active Directory Replicationtroubleshooting, hands on replication tool Repadmin, Dcdiag, AD Rep etc.Experience in group policies and troubleshooting & implementation

Day-to-daymanagement of the VMs including: installation, upgrades, troubleshooting,patching, backup and recovery.

In-depthknowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.

Install,upgrade, and maintain Linux based systems

helptroubleshoot problems with Linux servers, running various versions of Linux,including Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS etc

Azureinfrastructure enterprise level projects that design and deploy cloudenvironments for hosting business application services;

Workingclosely with application, network, and security teams to ensure requirementsare reflected appropriately in the Azure design;

Designing,testing, and implementing application services migrations in both a manual andautomated manner;

GoodExperience with Windows Based Application Hosted IIS, NET

Leadproof of concept and/or pilot implementations and define the plan to scaleimplementations across multiple technology domains

Useyour problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively manage diverseprojects, delivering against tight deadlines in a fast paced and demandingenvironment

Drivein-depth knowledge and understanding of key value drivers of a business and howthey impact the scope and approach of the engagement

Developand own the technical roadmap for relevant service lines and backlog to ensureconsistent architecture.
