Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for end users across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms
Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and network-related issues
Manage and support Active Directory and Azure AD (Entra ID) including user provisioning, group policies, and access control
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot VPNs for secure remote access
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity, switches, routers, and basic firewall configurations
Support and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure (basic EC2, IAM, security groups, monitoring)
Ensure compliance with SOC 2 controls and participate in audits and documentation
Perform system upgrades, patching, and security updates
Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset management records
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues
Provide on-call or shift-based support as required

Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of experience in IT Support / Technical Support
Strong hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux
Solid understanding of Active Directory & Azure AD (Entra ID)
Experience with VPN technologies (AnyConnect, OpenVPN, etc.)
Knowledge of LAN connectivity, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
Basic to intermediate experience with AWS
Familiarity with SOC 2 compliance and security best practices
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
