Sr. Team Leader - Logistics

As the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing 50% of people and 50% of processes. Your role will involve: - Monitoring team performance and implementing improvements based on feedback. - Resolving any issues or conflicts within the team. - Driving continuous improvement and transformation to enhance efficiency and control. - Fostering a culture of motivation and productivity within the team. - Developing growth and succession plans for team members. - Managing escalations and implementing corrective actions with root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions. - Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and proactively working on improvement plans. - Tracking international trade and compliance activities and ensuring timely implementation. - Leading process transitions for India and the global region. - Overseeing logistics operations for India and globally, including export and import activities, documentation, planning, inventory management, order management, and customer services. - Planning and executing export shipments according to incoterms and customer orders from multiple loading ports in India. - Achieving monthly export dispatch targets from various manufacturing plants in India and regions worldwide. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders, leading governance meetings, and driving improvement initiatives. - Coordinating with CHAs, transporters, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and inspection agencies to resolve shipment issues. - Handling MIS reporting duties effectively.
