Responsibilities and Impact:

• Lead and mentor the collections team to achieve outstanding receivables performance.
• Optimize cash flow and reduce delinquencies using strategic initiatives and technology adoption.
• Streamline quoting and contract lifecycle management using Salesforce CPQ, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Automate collection workflows and dunning processes with HighRadius, enhancing collection efficiency and customer communication.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel dashboards for real-time receivables tracking and KPI analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations to resolve disputes, align on customer accounts, and enhance customer relationships.
• Drive process improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and staff development.

What Were Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in credit and collections management.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ, HighRadius, and advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Visualization).
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proven team leadership and staff development abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic problem-solving and dispute resolution.
• Ability to drive process improvements and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fast-paced, global environments.
• Exposure to compliance and risk mitigation in collections.
• Familiarity with KPI reporting and dashboard development.
