Business Growth

• Formulate and execute strategies for profitable growth of

  HCCI & GES

• Be accountable for

  Census & Resource Cost Management (OEF)

• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders such as

  to deliver results.

Project Delivery & Customer Success

• Champion

  innovation

  and

  digitization

  to enable efficient project delivery and achieve productivity targets.
• Ensure

  project delivery

  within

  budget

  and

  schedule timelines

  .
• Own the

  flex management process

  ; deliver required volume and quality through sourcing while ensuring compliance with the

  contingent worker governance process

  .
• Deploy

  quality management processes

  to meet internal/external customer requirements and eliminate

  cost of poor quality

  .

People & Competency Management

• Build a strong,

Key Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree

  in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Computer Science preferred);

  Master's degree

  is an added advantage.
• Minimum

  15+ years

  of relevant experience in engineering/operations, including at least

  5+ years in a leadership role

  .
• Experience delivering

  advanced application/solution projects

  and

  consulting services

  in:

• Oil & Gas

• Refinery & Petrochemical

• Chemical

• MMM

• Paper & Pulp industries

• Proven ability to manage a large pool of

  engineering resources

  with diverse skills and experience.
• Strong

  business acumen

  to drive

  growth

  and

  profitability

  .
• Excellent

  interpersonal skills

  to collaborate across functions including

  sales

  ,

  technology

  ,

  marketing

You Must Have:

• Bachelor's degree

  from an accredited institution in a technical discipline (sciences, technology, engineering, or mathematics).
