Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment as per approved SOPs and batch records.
Perform manufacturing processes such as blending, granulation, compression, coating, filling, and packaging depending on product type.
Maintain cleanliness and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance in all manufacturing areas.
Accurately complete documentation, including batch manufacturing records, logbooks, and deviation reports.
Participate in equipment cleaning and sanitization procedures.
Assist in the calibration and maintenance of manufacturing instruments and machinery.
Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines strictly.
Collaborate with QA, maintenance, and other departments to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Support process improvement initiatives and suggest ideas for efficiency enhancement.

Qualifications:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, or related field.
15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical or related industry preferred).
Basic knowledge of GMP, safety regulations, and SOPs.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.
