Qualifications/Experience/Skills:

● Education:

○ Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. (Bachelor's or Master Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field)

● Experience:

○ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in environmental management, sustainability, or a related field.

○ Proven experience with EPR programs, particularly in the plastic industry.

● Skills:

○ Strong understanding of EPR regulations and best practices.

○ Excellent project management and organizational skills.

○ Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.

○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

○ Hands-on experience in Excel.

○ Vendor Management.

○ Strong sales knowledge is an added advantage.
