The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Roles and Responsibilities: ● Accurately enter and update data on EPR Portal. ● Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness. ● Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. ● Organize and maintain folders and records. ● Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data discrepancies. ● Assist with data cleanup and validation tasks as needed. ● Generate reports and summaries as required. Competencies/Skills: ● High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred. ● Proven experience in data entry or a similar role. ● Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy. ● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Drive. ● Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. ● Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. ● Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. ● Ability to work under pressure with full effectiveness. Qualifications/Experience/Skills: ● Education: ○ Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. (Bachelor's or Master Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field) ● Experience: ○ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in environmental management, sustainability, or a related field. ○ Proven experience with EPR programs, particularly in the plastic industry. ● Skills: ○ Strong understanding of EPR regulations and best practices. ○ Excellent project management and organizational skills. ○ Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets. ○ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ○ Hands-on experience in Excel. ○ Vendor Management. ○ Strong sales knowledge is an added advantage.
