Job Description

As a Sr. Specialist in Regional Customer Success Operations at Mastercard Services, you will be a key player in ensuring that customers achieve their desired outcomes and maximize the value of products and services. Your main responsibilities will include: - Strategy & Process Design: - Supporting the execution of the Customer Success Operations roadmap - Partnering with leadership to define playbooks, risk detection strategies, and engagement frameworks - Implementing scalable CS practices across diverse product lines and customer segments - Systems & Tools: - Supporting the configuration and adoption of Gainsight and other systems in the CS tech stack - Implementing integrated workflows to support various CS motions - Collaborating with internal teams to train, support adoption, and collect feedback - Metrics & Insights: - Tracking KPIs to measure CS performance and customer health - Building dashboards and reports for stakeholders at all levels - Tracking leading indicators of positive outcomes and performing analysis - Collaboration & Enablement: - Working with Product, Value Enablement, and Program teams to embed CS metrics into broader business KPIs - Championing CS best practices across the organization and supporting change management initiatives - Conducting research on emerging trends to inform strategy and innovation Qualifications: - Previous experience in Customer Success Operations or a related role - Ability to design scalable processes and translate technical capabilities into business value - Strong communication skills to convey vision, goals, and progress effectively - Global and cross-functional work experience - Analytical skills with reporting and dashboard experience - Experience integrating with technology solutions in the customer success space - Ownership mentality with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement - Experience in managing organizational changes and ensuring technology adoption - Passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Experience with Gainsight or similar CS platforms is a plus In addition to the job responsibilities and qualifications, it is expected that you will adhere to Mastercard's security policies and practices, ensure the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information, report any suspected security violations, and complete mandatory security trainings.,
