Your Job

  • Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle of the employees (Hire to Retire)
  • Assist in managing HR inquiries and employee requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Support the HR team in administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and maintaining employee records.
  • Manage Helpdesk as per defined SLAs and metrics
  • HR Service Delivery: Oversee daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and transactional services.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal regulations.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain the integrity and accuracy of HR data in HR systems.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Address employee queries and ensure a positive employee experience.
  • KPI Management: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for HR Shared Services.
  • Project Management: Lead HR projects and initiatives, such as system upgrades or process redesign.
  • Collaboration: Work with other HR teams, HR Business Partners, and other departments.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance the HR Shared Services function.

  • Experience in HR administration, payroll, benefits, and other HR functions.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Experience with HR systems and technology.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of HR process improvement methodologies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) may be preferred.

Years of Experience

  • Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience in HR administration
  • Preferably AMS region HRSS (hire-to-retire) experience.
