Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop and implement employer brand strategies across digital, social, event, and recruitment marketing platforms. - Create compelling, on-brand messaging for a variety of channels, including recruitment collateral, presentations, web content, social media, and advertisements. - Plan, coordinate, and manage events and conferences — from vendor engagement to on-site branding execution. - Manage and expand the organization’s social media presence, leveraging employee ambassadors to enhance engagement and brand reach. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure communications are effective, consistent, and aligned with brand standards. - Lead brand adherence reviews and provide strategic feedback across business lines. - Analyze brand positioning and audience insights to inform communication strategy. - Measure campaign performance against KPIs and ROI targets, providing actionable insights to leadership. - Guide brand positioning across projects and serve as a champion for the organization’s brand beliefs and identity. - Partner with agencies and internal teams to identify thought leadership opportunities for subject matter experts and executives. *********Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
