Job Responsibilities

SAP Accounts Payable (AP) Consultant (Offshore)

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FI-AP, including Logistics Invoice Verification (LIV), Banking, Taxes, and FI/MM Master Data.
• Manage end-to-end Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) processes, ensuring seamless cross-functional integration with other SAP modules.
• Integrate SAP ERP with third-party systems such as Ariba, Coupa, Taulia, and internal legacy systems to support supplier collaboration and invoicing.
• Independently handle the full project lifecycle: requirement gathering, solution design, functional specifications, realization, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Must haves:

• Minimum 12+ years SAP ERP experience with strong FI-AP, LIV, Banking, Taxes, FI/MM Master Data, and Procurement (direct/indirect) expertise
• Deep understanding of I2P process and cross-module SAP integration
• Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP tools (Ariba, Coupa, Taulia) and legacy systems
• VIM experience a plus
• Skilled in requirement gathering, solution design, documentation, and deployment
• Can lead WRICEF development with ABAP/integration teams
• Works well with business SMEs, architects, and vendors to improve systems
• Strong configuration and full-cycle implementation experience
• Supports testing, issue resolution, and end-to-end delivery
