Senior Software QA Engineer

• Build and design a robust automation system.
• Monitor every stage of the software development lifecycle to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Develop test strategies and predict testing requirements.
• Participate in client/partner meetings and provide updates to project leadership teams.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and implementation teams to improve automation frameworks.
• Define hardware and software requirements for test setups.
• Review QA artifacts and reports prepared by QA Engineers.
• Proactively identify and manage risks in the development cycle.
• Support a culture of continuous learning and contribute to team growth.
  

• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Strong proficiency in English (technical communication & documentation).
• Solid knowledge of modern automated testing tools, frameworks, and processes.
• Familiarity with software testing methods such as ISEB / ISTQB / TMAP.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium (Appium, Locust, Jenkins a plus).
• Strong background in Python or Java.
• Experience with Agile testing methodologies.
• Problem-solving mindset with curiosity and attention to detail.
• Proactive, self-directed, and driven to improve productivity through automation.
