Sr. Software Engineer(React Native)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Mobile (React Native) to lead the design, development, and optimization of high-performance cross-platform mobile applications. In this role, you will take ownership of key mobile initiatives, guide junior developers, and collaborate across design, product, and backend teams to deliver scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the development of React Native applications across iOS and Android platforms

● Architect, design, and implement new features with clean, reusable, and well-documented code ● Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend teams to define mobile solutions

● Mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing

● Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

● Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues

● Contribute to continuous improvement in engineering practices, tooling, and mobile strategy

● Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in mobile development

Qualifications & Requirement:

● 6 + years of professional software development experience, with at least 4+ years in React Native ● Strong command of JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native, and state management tools (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Context API)

● Experience with bluetooth enabled hardware is highly preferred
