Sr. Software Engineer / Tech Lead

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and project teams to translate business requirements and user stories into robust technical solutions.
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance full-stack applications, with a strong emphasis on backend development.
• Build and maintain server-side logic using one or more backend languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js .
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to ensure seamless system interoperability.
• Manage and optimize database interactions using relational (e. g., MySQL/PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (e. g., MongoDB) databases.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following best practices in version control and CI/CD.
• Participate in peer code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities across the SDLC.
• Stay current with evolving technologies and recommend improvements for architecture, tools, or processes.
  

Requirements

• Strong backend development experience using Java, Python, or Node.js .
• Good understanding of REST architecture, microservices, and API integrations.
• Exposure to front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Flutter is a plus (not mandatory).
• Solid experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases and ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with development tools such as Git, IntelliJ/Eclipse/VS Code, and build/deploy pipelines.
• Ability to write and debug complex logic and data processing flows.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to code quality, performance, and security.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated passion for technology, participation in coding contests, open-source projects, or personal repositories is a plus.
